  Please be sure to check the correct spelling of your saint name. You may write the entire name of your saint if you wish (for example St. Catherine Drexel or St. Catherine of Siena); however, note that on your sacramental record, the only name that will appear is ‘Catherine’.

  If Baptism and Eucharist were not completed at St. Rose of Lima, please email both sacramental certificates to Tania Murphy (tmurphy@strose.com). You must contact the Parish where the Sacrament occurred to obtain a copy of the Sacramental Record.
