  • Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion - Must be 18 years and older and received the sacrament of Confirmation.  As an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, you will help distribute Holy Communion at Mass.  CONTACT: Mike Ballentine , 301-528-5801 (please leave message),  [email protected]

   

  • Greeters Families or individuals - Welcome all with a greeting; distribute worship materials, paying special attention to visitors; distribute bulletins after Mass.  CONTACT: Linda LeBlanc, 301-963-1269, Inna Nikolaeva,  240-895-7063, or email: [email protected] 

   

  • Lectors Teen or Adult - Proclaim Scripture at Mass with reverence and understanding; lead the General Intercessions; attend required formation session on Saturday morning, every 3 weeks; study, pray, and reflect on the Word at home.  CONTACT: Christine Jeffrey, [email protected]

   

  • Linen Caretakers  (St. Veronica’s Ministry)  Families or individuals. Collect used/soiled altar linens and baptismal towels from the sacristy; treat stains, launder and iron; return laundered items to the sacristy and put them away.   • Sacristans prepare and assist before and after mass with altar cloths, vessels, candles, bread and wine, and special ritual set-ups. CONTACT:  Sugianto Trisno and Shierly Siregar, [email protected]
     
  • Ushers  Families or individuals, 10 years and older. Assist with seating and guiding the smooth flow of the congregation during the Mass; conduct the collection; and attend to special needs.
